Today's rapidly changing marketplace presents enormous challenges to all business enterprises. "Business as Usual" can be the deathknell for the unwary. Simply providing the best service or product does not guarantee success in the next century; nor does getting caught in circular thinking and endlessly repeating familiar thought patterns. There are problems that cannot be solved by more technology. They require changes in processing.
