Master Practitioner Training in NLP
Today, managers, consultants, and leaders are called upon to manage the impact of change on the values and belief systems of their organizations and the individuals affected. This demands a special set of new skills and knowledge relating to the communication and management of beliefs and values. Each module targets important aspects of communication and change management, and leads to competence in key conceptual, analytical, observational, and interactive skills.
Module I - Dynamics
People and groups process information in different ways, and these varied patterns have profound effects on human dynamics. Expand your linguistic tools and observational skills, leading you to:
Elicit information about the strategies people use to process data; Realize that language patterns are a key to recognizing process;
Understand, decipher, and correct problem areas in communication; Recognize how people do what they do.
Module II - Beliefs and Values
Beliefs and values are at the root of motivation in people, teams, and corporations. Unspoken and presupposed beliefs can conflict with goals, becoming self-imposed limitations. In this module, you will learn to:
Pay attention to the nonverbal component of communication; Use proven techniques for identifying and redesigning limiting beliefs;
Define a "problem space" in terms of symptoms, causes, outcomes, resources, and effects.
Module III - Identity
Identity is the core from which beliefs, values, processes, & dynamics ensue. Clarifying & understanding identity at its core leads you to:
Develop strategies for self-management and effective leadership; Crystallize and address issues of corporate, team, and individual identity; Identify qualities of excellence in others and how to adapt these for your own use.
Module IV - Mission
Mission is the aligning of dynamics, beliefs, values, and identity. Whether in terms of individuals, teams, or corporations, mission is the key that creates success. Explore how to:
Bring creativity to group dynamics and problem-solving; Apply a step-by-step initialization of the energy of the creative process to arrive at a clear statement of a group or personal mission. As an integral part of this module, you will demonstrate acquired skills by designing and implementing a project which meets a community or business need.

Additional Training
A minimum of 4 additional days of advanced training are required for certification. In consultation with your advisor, you will select the training appropriate to your personal and professional goals.
Prerequisite
NLP Practitioner Certification is required for participation in this course.
Limited Enrollment
In order to provide an optimal learning experience for all, enrollment is limited to 15 participants. Enjoy the challenge of working with a small group of highly motivated people.
