The H.O.P.othesis

Imagine you are one of the many people who are putting together a film production. And your job is figure out what your role is in the process but also understand what other people’s roles in this process would be. Understanding the H.O.P. you walk and the H.O.P. others walk can help you use your internal map more succinctly and in turn validate and appreciate others. The result is a more powerful team effort where everyone does their absolute best. The result is competition worthy results.

What are the 6 steps of a H.O.P.?

Walking a H.O.P. means that we are hardwired to walk through each step, of a 6 step process, in a particular order without interruption; so we can accomplish our objectives. Going through each of the 6 steps, is called ‘walking’ our/his/her own H.O.P.
Step 1 Foundation — get hooked enough to want to explore further
Step 2 Bridge — make the go/no go decision; and set the criteria for personal satisfaction
Step 3 Gate — specify the parameters for a successful project
Step 4 Creative — explore and gather all the options
Step 5 Manifest — a successful project that meets all the parameters
Step 6 Satisfaction — reached when personal criteria are met

How many types of H.O.P.’s are there and why does it matter?

There are 6 H.O.P.s in total. Everyone on the planet, regardless of race, culture, ethnicity, religious affiliation, socio-economic status, gender, IQ, EQ or sexual orientation walks one of the 6 H.O.P.s or approximately 1/6th of the global population per H.O.P. We do not choose to walk a particular H.O.P., we are each born to it.  Each of the six: Pearl H.O.P., Opal H.O.P., Quartz H.O.P., Euclase H.O.P., Unakite H.O.P. or  Amethyst H.O.P. has a distinct way of walking the steps.  Each H.O.P. Has distinct characteristics and an innate expertise.  When you work together with people who walk H.O.P.s other than your own, the potential for success is exponential.
